Dr. Zack Zaibak

Dr. Zaibak graduated as the class valedictorian with a B.S. from Saint Xavier University. He received his B.S.D. and D.D.S. (Doctorate in Dental Surgery) from the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He continued to advance his skills by completing an Advanced Dentistry General Practice Residency at Loyola Hospital and then earning a Master's degree.

In addition to his exceptional academic and professional achievements, Dr. Zaibak proudly served as a Commander in the United States Navy, demonstrating his commitment to both his country and his community.

Dr. Zaibak is devoted to continuing education and has completed over 300 hours of advanced training in the past four years. He has trained at prestigious institutions, including the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, recently focusing on the disciplines of cosmetic and comprehensive rehabilitation dentistry.

Dr. Zaibak is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Society for Forensic Odontology, American Association of Hospital Dentists, and has advanced training and certification in Lumineers, Invisalign and laser surgery.

Dr. Zaibak has created beautiful smiles for media personalities, models and brides, and has helped repair facial defects in both adults and children. In 2009 he was classified by the Consumer Research Council of America as one of America’s Top dentists.
