Root canal therapy becomes necessary when a patient’s tooth is damaged or infected all the way down to the inner core of the tooth. In order to save the tooth, Dr. Zaibak will clear away the dental pulp, which includes nerves, bacteria, and other living tissues inside the tooth.

Once all of the damaged dental materials are removed (including the tooth roots), our dental team rebuilds the tooth. We will fill the hollowed out portions of the tooth with medicated restorations materials. Then, we’ll place any necessary dental restorations.
